Harold Montgomery is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MoneyOnMobile. He has been in the payment processing business since 1987. Before leading the formation of Calpian, now MoneyOnMobile, he was the CEO of A.R.T. Holdings, Inc. (dba Calpian from 2002 to 2009), a company that underwrote and acquired hundreds of merchant portfolios totaling approximately 350,000 merchants. He brings the same leadership team from A.R.T. to MoneyOnMobile.

Montgomery has more than 25 years of payments industry experience including work in the ISO, merchant payment processing and mobile payments vertical markets, and in sourcing capital. He is a widely known industry authority, a speaker at regional and national trade shows, and writes a regular monthly column for Transaction World Magazine.

He has been a resource for the Federal Reserve Bank Card Payment Center in Philadelphia and has served the U.S. Congress as an expert witness on credit card legislation. Montgomery attended Stanford University, where he earned BA and MBA degrees. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Communities Foundation of Texas, a $750 million community trust organization, and the Board of St. Mark’s School of Texas. He has served as President of the Dallas Committee on Foreign Relations and Young Audiences of Greater Dallas.

Jim McKelvey is the co-founder of Square, one of the fastest growing technology companies in the US, which enables anyone to take credit card payments anywhere using their mobile device. Jim now sits on the board of directors of Square. He also co-founded LaunchCode, a nonprofit that helps talented coders get their first jobs at top companies. Jim’s first venture was co-founding Mira Digital Publishing in 1990, which is a leader in electronic publishing for scientific conferences. Jim is an advisor to several startups including Kabbage and LockerDome. In addition to his business ventures, Jim is a published author and glassblowing artist, and has published several books. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.

Dr. David Utterback is an anesthesiologist in Gulfport, Mississippi and is affiliated with Singing River Hospital. A graduate of Dartmouth College, he received his medical degree from University of Illinois College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is one of 9 doctors at Singing River Hospital who specialize in Anesthesiology.

Since November 2015, Mr. Power has served as a Director to the Board of Directors of Excel Corp. (OTCQB: EXCC). Since August 2011, Mr. Power has been Chairman and CEO of Active In Home Therapy, a health care services provider. Between 2001 and 2010, Mr. Power served in various management consultant roles to companies in multiple industries, including in the technology hardware industry, airline industry and online education. Mr. Power has a Masters of Business from University College Dublin and a Management Accountant qualification from the Institute of Management Accountants in London.

Oleg has more than 20 years of experience working in financial markets, including stints at Deutsche Bank AG and Credit Suisse. Currently, Oleg is Investment Director for S7 Airlines, the largest non-state aerospace holdings company in Eastern Europe, where he’s been since mid 2017. Prior to his time at S7 Airlines, he spent a total of 14 years at Raiffeisen Bank serving in a number of roles, including as Managing Director of large corporate coverage, Head of Investment Banking, Deputy Head of Investment Banking, Head of Debt Capital Markets, and others.

Oleg has a degree from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Max has an extensive background in private equity investments that spans more than two decades. Currently, he serves as Managing Partner and Principal at Aurora Capital Worldwide, a private investment company, and chairs Investment Committee of S7 Airlines, the largest non-state aerospace holdings company in Eastern Europe. Prior to that he spent eight years as Managing Partner at TPG Aurora, a Russia-focused private equity fund jointly managed by Texas Pacific Group and Aurora Investments, and as Managing Director at Russia Partners, the first Russia-focused OPIC-sponsored private equity fund. Max started his career as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley International.

In addition to MoneyOnMobile, Max sits on the board of directors for ZAO S7 Group, OOO Group 100, OOO Kalgutingskoye, and Gulsy Inc.. Max received his MA degree in Economics from Moscow State University in 1987 and a MBA degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1992.

AG has nearly two decades of executive experience in engineering leadership roles at major technology companies, such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. Until recently he was Chief Technology Officer for General Motors’ Cruise Automation, engineering self-driving cars at production scale. Additionally AG was the Head of Core Engineering at Uber where he led the company’s storage, cluster foundation, data systems, machine learning, data centers, up-time, and developer infrastructure teams -- scaling the original 40-person team to over 650 employees across the globe. At Google, he was Senior Director of Infrastructure and Cloud

Engineering where he was responsible for all external-facing cluster compute products and cluster management infrastructure, among other things. He also sits on the board of directors at Madison Logic.

AG has a Bachelor of Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and later graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Master of Computer Science.
